COMPOUND INTEREST - A trifold mission for FIST: Ultra Edition
A downloadable mission
[KZZT] Don’t know what poisoned the well at the estate but it turned the Thorne Family from a moonshine dynasty into gene-splicin’ maniacs. Ma and Pa are damn near unrecognizable and the “pets” they got running around the place are borderline unholy. Now, I might be a crook but I’m a god-fearing crook—[RUSTLING, SILENCE]
[WHISPERING] The Thornes wanna sell this new stump water recipe to the highest bidder and that don’t sit well on my conscience. FIST, I’m beggin’ ya, do whatever it takes to stop my family from turning anyone else into a freak of nature. [AUDIO ENDS]
COMPOUND INTEREST is a mission trifold for FIST: Ultra Edition about infiltrating a secret compound in the Atchafalaya Basin to secure the source of a gene-manipulating mutagen. The Thornes, an organized crime family of ex-moonshiners, have been experimenting with an unknown protoplasmic substance that can splice organic matter together, found in a cave on their compound.
This mission is designed to be run in one session and features a small bestiary of enemies, a map of the THORNE COMPOUND and a table of mutations to use in case an enemy (or player) comes into contact with the mutagenic compound known as SKULLCRACKER SPLICER.
