History is a heartbeat you can feel in the grooves of Col di Sangue.
[GROANING] The burning of the Library of Alexandria wasn’t a tragedy, it was leveling the playing field, it was a favor!

History is a back up plan. It’s long dead men buried in unmarked graves hoping reminding onlookers that someday their time will be up.

History takes greatness and bears fruit. It’s transformative. It’s a tool of great change.

DOUBLE APEX is a mission for FIST: Ultra Edition where the players attempt to expose a criminal organization and stop them from carrying out their terrorist plot. 

Remo Agostolo, a descendant of one of Italy’s most prestigious bloodlines, fashions a nationalist shiv aimed at the heart of societal progress. The fascist and his family have recruited across all walks of life, committing crimes in the name of a New Roman Empire.

Known as EREDI, their tendrils dig into every facet of modern Naples and are stretching their influence into the surrounding countries. The strife of the Cold War has people hungry for conflict, making for an incredible enlisting tool. 

Remo molds order through hierarchy, assigning the most valuable members status symbols of great acclaim, while the dregs plot to destroy each other and take their place in history. All while his sinister conspiracy approaches its apex.

In addition to the mission this document includes:

- EREDI: a faction introduction to the secret society led, by the direct descendants of the leader of the Roman Empire.

- OTTO'S DISPATCH: a collection of recruitable getaway drivers with traits, weapons and custom vehicles, including rules on how players can use them.

- THE COASTAL CROWN GRAND PRIX: a detailed point crawl map with a rules companion written specifically to make the climactic car chase easy to manage for players and referees alike.

- A CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY: tail suspects and locate a subterranean hideout, chase a famous race car driver through Corsica, and defuse a bomb at sea before EREDI claims victory!
